Description

Creamy, tangy, and just a little sweet, this easy burger sauce recipe takes any burger from basic to crave-worthy in minutes. It’s made with pantry staples, comes together in under 10 minutes, and works on everything from burgers and fries to wraps and grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish.
  2. Stir in the vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor (optional, but worth it!).
  6. Serve on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, swap mayo with Greek yogurt.
  • Add hot sauce or cayenne if you like a kick.
  • Make a double batch—it disappears fast!
  • Keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days.
