  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 4 pieces)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee (or unsalted butter)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the remaining ghee to the skillet along with minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, stirring continuously. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
